¬ę Safety First ¬Ľ is the guideline CCM (Moroccan Film Center) launched for domestic and foreign media productions taking place in Morocco. Whether cinematographic or audiovisual, the CCM has established new practices to provide a secure environment for all productions against the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Depending on the type of production, certain measures may seem too costly or too restrictive, keep in mind that they can save lives. They may also seem repetitive, but they are intended not only for production but also for teams. Contamination onset will risk quarantining the entire crew with a definite halt to filming.

The Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs also announced that the borders will be opened for foreigners to enter the national territory, by adopting a set of conditions.

New procedures have been defined will allow foreigners to enter the national territory, for people who have an invitation from one of the Moroccan companies, starting from Saturday, Sep the 5th, and in addition to the people who have a hotel reservation in Morocco, starting from the same date.

These measures are only for foreigners who are not subject to visa procedures, with the need to adhere to the health procedures issued by the authorities, especially the obligation to perform the required checks for Covid-19 in advance.
